Queen's Platinum Jubilee May 2022
QUEEN'S PLATINUM JUBILEE CELEBRATION
Today we celebrated the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
We held a whole school Tea Party and the children enjoyed a whole school longer lunch break.
They all played wonderfully together.
We also had a whole school assembly discussing the role of the Queen, who, like Jesus, can be seen as a servant leader.
Each class made a poster representing each decade of the Queen's reign.
The children had a fantastic day which included making a crown for them to wear at the tea party and lots of flag waving at the end of the day assembly.
